I am one of the main founders of the NAOTherapist project. I received the bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) in 2013. I finished the bachelor's thesis at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) focused on Industrial Robotics and Computer vision. Afterwards, I continued my studies at the UC3M with a Master in Computer Science and Technology. During my university career I have won numerous awards and accolades, among which the Santander Yuzz 2016 national entrepreneurship award stands out. In 2018, I obtained a scholarship to do an international stay at the University of Southern California working in Maja J. Matarić's interaction laboratory. I recently finished my Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI and Socially Assistive Robotics obtaining the Cum laude and international mention. Currently, I am enrolled in high impact entrepreneurship programs, such as CaixaImpulse (FLC), Healthstart and The Collider (MWC), to transfer the results of my PhD into a product with the creation of a spin-off.
